Funding and IPO Status
Galbot reported more than USD 300 million financing, USD 800 million cumulative funding and USD 3 billion valuation on 19 December 2025. China Fund News reports a CNY 2.5 billion new round announced 2 March 2026. Tianqi’s May 2026 exchange filing identifies a CNY 50 million investment associated with the December round, with 2026 closing and 0.38%stake; it is one investor, not the total round. Round announcements, cumulative funding, valuation and operating revenue are separate measures.
