Industrial Applications
The 2026 industrial D7 is a 1750 mm / 140 kg wheeled semi-humanoid with 23 DOF excluding end effectors. Current specifications distinguish 7 kg rated and 10 kg peak per arm from 20 kg maximum total. SDK and battery-swap claims support evaluation; delivered features and independent factory uptime remain unverified.
This editorial assessment concerns industrial buyer readiness. It is not an independent performance test.

Manipulation and Perception
23 DOF excludes end effectors. Arms have seven axes and 800 mm reach each; working height 0–2 m and waist rotation 180 degrees. Each arm is rated 7 kg, with 10 kg peak; maximum total is 20 kg. June’s 14 kg headline is not 14 kg per arm and may describe rated dual load, without an explicit definition. Optional gripper, three-finger or five-finger hands change hardware and sensors.
Jetson Orin + RK3588, 275 TOPS with optional compute upgrades. Front/rear LiDAR, vision, tactile and audio sensing; final hardware depends on end effectors and delivered configuration. Omni chassis maximum 2 m/s, 700 mm passage and eight-degree slope at full load are laboratory manufacturer figures, not independently validated safety limits.
SDK and Integration
Current product advertises motion, perception, manipulation and interaction SDKs/APIs, peripheral expansion and a data-to-training-to-quantisation-to-deployment toolchain using PuduFM. No inspected versioned D7 package, licence, API language, ROS bridge or simulator entitlement. General Kotlin Android PdCoreSDK does not establish full-body control access.
| API type | Exact humanoid SDK/API package and licence require manufacturer confirmation |
|---|---|
| Languages | Needs verification |
| ROS support | No exact-model ROS distribution or maintained bridge verified |
| Simulation | No public exact-model simulator/URDF/controller licence inspected |
| Offline operation | Private-cloud architecture exists; exact humanoid eligibility, all-feature offline operation and AI data flows remain unverified. |
| Teleoperation | No public exact-model teleoperation/recovery API entitlement verified |
| Software updates | Exact firmware compatibility, signed updates, rollback and maintenance lifetime unverified. |
| Documentation | Open documentation |
| Integration constraints | General delivery/navigation APIs and advertised SDKs do not prove purchased full-body or hand-control access. Match model, firmware and package; validate integration and acceptance criteria for the intended site. |
Safety Notes
Perception, compliant control and immediate-stop marketing do not establish safety-rated collaborative operation. No exact-generation signed EU declaration, protective-stop performance or validated payload envelope inspected. Use a controlled evaluation area and validated loading, traffic, stop/recovery and charging procedures.
Compliance and Certificates
