Manipulation and Perception

Maximum 3 kg per arm, varying with extension/posture. 31 body DOF, no active tool in the basic catalogue configuration.

Historical Lite table lists six-axis IMU and RK3588 8 GB/64 GB control compute; no depth camera or separate perception computer. Do not apply EDU sensor/API descriptions.

SDK and Integration

Manufacturer edition matrix marks development support, remote-control API, sensor API and high/low-level APIs unavailable for Lite. Generic open-SDK marketing does not supersede this purchase distinction.

API typeNo secondary-development entitlement in historical Lite matrix
LanguagesNeeds verification
ROS supportNo verified Lite development package.
SimulationPublic family simulator is not evidence of Lite hardware access.
Offline operationLocal control is distinct from cloud training, content generation and support-log processing.
TeleoperationEdition-dependent; confirm purchased options.
Software updatesOTA support and compatible controller revisions require confirmation.
DocumentationOpen documentation
Integration constraintsIf custom code or sensor access is required, obtain a developer edition or explicit licence confirmation.

Safety Notes

Force control, collision boundaries and fall mitigation are manufacturer features; no certified collaborative-operation capability established. Check torque-off behaviour and support the biped during testing.

  • Oli Lite / EDU / Super manufacturer configuration brochure ↗ LimX Dynamics / Canada Satellite archive · Accessed Nov 1, 2026

Manufacturer-branded four-page PDF recovered from distributor and visually inspected, especially page 4. Lite/EDU/Super 165/165/175 cm; 31/33/43 total DOF; 3/3/5 kg maximum single arm. SDK is absent in Lite. Older Orin NX figure 100 TOPS differs from current EDU 157 TOPS.
