Walker S2 at Texas Instruments: reported line commissioning
A December 2025 industry-association account describes purchase and commissioning, without identifying a semiconductor facility.
The World Robot Cooperation Organization's December 15, 2025 account reports that Texas Instruments bought Walker S2 and was deploying and commissioning it on production lines after a December 14 cooperation agreement.
This is more specific than a purchase alone, but remains reported commissioning rather than customer-confirmed production acceptance. The source does not identify the factory, task, robot count or operating country. Texas Instruments' name is not evidence that the robot worked in Texas, and no Sherman marker is inferred.
Semiconductor manufacturing raises concrete integration questions: material compatibility, access controls, environmental requirements and how the robot connects to existing equipment. None is answered by general robot payload or battery specifications. The record is therefore a qualified pilot with no invented map location or productivity claim. A TI-authored installation or acceptance account would materially strengthen the evidence.
