AGIBOT's September 28, 2026 announcement describes 100 X2 humanoids across 100 ASD cookware stores in China. The retailer program includes greeting customers, asking about household needs, explaining cookware and handing shoppers to human associates for inventory, promotions and purchases.

The release names livestream cities—Wenling, Shanghai and Wuxi—but does not provide a branch-by-branch deployment register. This record treats the program as one reported deployment program rather than inventing 100 map sites. Ten-hour daily livestreams over September 28–30 are a reporting window, not an independently audited fleet-wide uptime result.

The customer workflow has a useful boundary: a robot can assist the early conversation while employees retain transactional responsibilities. The source does not disclose conversion uplift, staffing savings, intervention rates or per-store acceptance. Those measurements would determine whether the service adds value beyond attracting attention. The program remains unmapped until individual branch identities can be verified.
